An Idea was Born...

It all began for us with some files!  I couldn't get to or open the credenza.

I could barely walk thru the windowed office.

Everywhere the eye could see were light blue 12" to 18" bound computer reports.  They were stacked on and in front of multiple credenzas, on the ceiling height bookshelf and above that and on the two office chairs in front of the desk.  Report clutter everywhere!  

There was a walkway and when a client came in some reports had to be moved from the chair to another stack so the client could sit.  I asked if I could move or dispose of some of the binders and was told 'NO!'  I said, Well, I guess I can't file until I can reach the credenza.  

A family member would come in and would be shoved out of the office.  'OUT! OUT!' 
I looked thru the reports and saw they were about 10 years old.  All data was now on the computer with a keyboard click.  I asked if just the reports on top of the back credenza could be removed.

He finally said yes! just to the top of the back credenza.  So I did.

After that, a family member stopped by and while there commented to me saying 'You have inspired him Carol!'   I didn't know what that meant nor did I ask.  I was told I could clean all the reports out!  EVERYTHING!

Into the shredding bins they went!

About a month passed and when I came in early, the office was dark.  The manager came by and asked if I knew where the team member was. 

I said, No I didn't. 
Did he call? 
No. 
A while later that morning, I learned the team member had left for a competitor firm.  
He realized he had more potential and was worth more and moved to more opportunity and a bonus.  

I was only trying to file but with all the empty and organized space, so much opportunity was revealed!  That was what the comment meant,  'I inspired him!'  

In that moment, an idea was born. 

Since then, the idea has expanded to move thru baby seps to bring top dollar when selling or making the most of what we have if we desire to stay in our spaces.  I moved thru the steps with my own houses and found them to pay off and inspire.  I love either taking the whole house on or coming alongside a family or realtor dream team to be a part of the process.

An owner has a right to know all they can do to bring top dollar for their house whether the value increases by $10,000 or $100,000.

I love hearing clients' stories as we move thru their spaces and building a rythmn together to get the job done.  I offer the highest ideas and the client chooses and often come up with ideas of their own.  We can be seen laughing, listening and working with that hustle muscle.
